Tea tree oil is extracted from a plant called Melaleuca Alternifolia. This plant was used for hundreds of year by Australian aboriginals to treat many skin diseases. In this article you will learn how to use tea tree oil in removing skin tags .
If you want to use tea tree oil for skin tags, you’ll just need to wash your skin tags with soap and water and let them dry out. Then, soak a Cotton ball in water and put a few drops of tea tree oil on it. You’ll then rub the cotton ball against your skin tags.
This is a safe way to remove skin tags, but it takes a good deal of patience and consistency on your part. In fact you’ll have to repeat the procedure above 3 times a day for as long as it takes to get rid of the skin tags.
Generally, this will take between two and three weeks.

I was skeptical but this actually worked.
I had a skin tag in a “private” area. I didn’t want to go to the dermatologist because of that.
I used a cotton swab (Q-tip) to apply the oil 3-4 times a day. After 2 weeks, the skin tag flaked off. I really couldn’t believe it.
You need to have patience because for the first 7-10 days, it doesn’t look like anything is happening but then it kind of dries up and flakes off.
MUCH EASIER than clipping them off with nail cutters or tying string
